“Proper and safe disposal of free liquids”?
Are you in compliance with EPA regulations?
All manufacturers making claims of producing a land fill safe absorbent are required per the CFR, (Code of Federal Regulations), to have their product tested per the TCLP, (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedures) test. If the product passes, then the test results must be supplied the end user. The end user is required to keep a copy on hand to prove they are in compliance with current EPA guidelines. Has the EPA knocked on your door lately?
At first glance this may look like a lot of boring reading and maybe you are short on time, however those of you who decide to take the time to read and digest this extremely important information will gain knowledge which can and will save your company lots of headaches, possible fines into the thousands, and hundreds to literally thousands in disposal cost.
Environmental policies have become increasingly stricter, more difficult to understand, & ever more costly to adhere to. Most companies I have spoken with either rely on consultants, who are terribly expensive or have only one or two people who are at best barely familiar with the "Code of Federal Regulations" which contains EPA disposal regulations. When making decisions regarding disposal of any industrial liquids, we all want to do what is proper and best for our company and the environment. Today, the decisions we make to preserve and protect our environment are extremely important and not to be taken lightly. The decisions you make today will be a major influence in how the public views your company tomorrow. A safe environment is the most important heritage we can leave our children!

As the owner of this company you deserve to know a little bit about me. Here are a few things I firmly believe in:
- Greed is totally unecessary. Charge a fair price for an honest and well made product.
- Promise a little and deliver a lot!
- Treat one's customer as a future friend
- Tell the truth.
- The truth always stands tall.
- The truth will set you free
- IF one always tells the truth, one doesn't have to tell a lie to cover another lie. Lying eventually catches up to you.
- Stick with the facts. You will never hear me lie about or exaggerate about what my products will do.
- Let the products speak for themselves. In the case of White Lightning, the truth is definitely stranger than fiction. The demonstration video will blow you away! You will ask yourself, "Did I just see what I thought I saw."
Environmental Spill Control, LLC, Dba Spill Control Technology manufactures only the highest quality spill control products which are designed to meet and exceed all your spill control needs.
FACTS
- White Lightning has been tested per the EPA’s TCLP
- White Lightning exceeds all EPA test parameters, (Requirements for absorbed liquids in landfills). When using White Lightning, you can "Legally" Landfill ALL of your liquid industrial waste, such as motor oils, lubricants, antifreeze, brake fluid, hydraulic fluid, mineral oil, etc. These test were performed by REI Consultants, a nationally recognized company, (Refer to the Technical & Safety section in our catalog).
- White Lightning is non-selective. It picks up & encapsulates any liquid or semi liquid upon contact!
- White Lightning is very simple to use! The average time to clean up one quart, (32 oz.), of motor oil is only 90 seconds, (1½ minutes), (Refer to our "Test Results" found in the Technical section on this website). The floor is CLEAN AND DRY!! No need to mop! (No wet slippery floors and less money spent on expensive detergents!!)
- White Lightning is DEFINITELY economical to use. One auto technician can successfully use one large bag for approximately 90 days! The average cost per day, for one automotive technician is only $.25 cents. Save more by purchasing larger quantities. (For pricing, call, e-mail, or fill in the contact information form found on this site).
- One bag, (1.70 cu. ft.), of White Lightning will absorb approximately 2.5 gallons of any liquid or semi-liquid substance, (Yes, that reads..."ANY")!
- One 1.7 cu. ft. bag of White Lightning is equivalent to 4 forty pound bags, (160 lbs.), of clay product.
- White Lightning goes a l- o- n- g way. A little bit does a lot. Sometimes too much is dispersed. When that happens, recycle it in our Recycle Center for future use .
- White Lightning can be recycled for many reuses. There is little to NO waste!
- FYI: Clay products are incapable of completely cleaning up any spill of any kind. Clay simply adds liquid to its surface. Technically it is an "adsorbent."
- Mops leave surfaces wet & slippery, and never totally removes all of the oil from the surface.
- White Lightning leaves the surface dry and totally clean!
- White Lightning cleans up a spill more efficiently than any other method or product!! If you don't believe it, try it risk free! If when used properly White Lightning does not out perform what you have been using return the unused portion with your receipt, and a brief explanation for a full refund.
- To date, I have never been asked for a refund!
