At Spill Control Technology, we manufacture a full line of Environmentally safe and friendly spill control products, which are fully tested and not only meet but exceed EPA requirements for safe land filling of all liquid and or semi liquid industrial waste. In the technical section of our site you will find full documentation which backs up any and all claims.
I urge you to read the pages titled, "Liquids in Land Fills!" Your time invested will be approximately two - three minutes. These two pages are filled with very important information designed to aid you in your decision making process. The information gained can save your company serious headaches, time in labor, very expensive EPA fines, and literally thousands of dollars in disposal cost!! I wouldn't print it or say it if I couldn't back it up. Please, feel free to put me to the test.
The technical section of this site is dedicated to important documentation concerning health, safety, and technical, issues, including the TCLP, (Toxcicity Characteristic Leaching Pocedures), test data, which is a test required by the EPA of any company claiming their product to be land fill safe. Only those products like EnviroGuard which have past and or exceeded the parameters of the TCLP test are allowed to make such claims. (If you are using a like product you should ask for a copy of that companies TCLP test). The proof of my comments and or claims and additional information can be found in the CFR, (Code of the Federal Regulations), which can be found online.
